Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. In some cases, a deposit may be required before starting the project. Full payment must be completed before the final website is transferred to the client.

4. Revisions

Website packages may include a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond what is included in the package may result in additional fees.

5. Platform and Third-Party Services

Websites may be built using third-party platforms such as Wix or other website builders. Clients may be responsible for maintaining their own subscriptions, hosting, or domain registration fees required by these platforms.

6. Ownership

Full ownership of the completed website will be transferred to the client once the final payment has been received. Until full payment is made, all design files and website materials remain the property of the developer.

7. Project Timeline

Project timelines depend on the complexity of the website and how quickly the client provides required content and feedback.

8. Refund Policy

Deposits and payments made for work already completed are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client may be responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss of business, revenue, or damages that may occur from the use of the website or from downtime, errors, or third-party platform issues.
